We ship orders from Japan to international customers.

Shipping Methods

Economy shipping is handled by ECMS.

Priority shipping is handled by EMS (Japan Post).

Express shipping is handled by DHL.

Available shipping methods vary depending on the destination country or region, package size, weight, and service availability.

Shipping Fees

Shipping fees vary depending on the destination country or region, order contents, package weight, and shipping method.

The shipping fee charged at checkout is shown before payment. Additional charges described below, including remote area surcharges and applicable shipping adjustments for Europe, will be confirmed and invoiced separately before dispatch.

Processing Time

Orders are usually shipped within 3 to 5 business days after payment is confirmed.

Processing may take longer during holidays, busy periods, or when additional order confirmation is required.

Tracking

All shipping methods offered at checkout include tracking. Tracking information will be provided after your order has been shipped.

Customs, Import Duties, and Taxes

Import duties, taxes, VAT, customs fees, brokerage fees, or other charges may be applied separately by the destination country, customs authority, or shipping carrier.

These charges are not included in the product price or shipping fee charged by our store unless clearly stated at checkout.

Customs duties and import-related charges are paid locally by the buyer. The buyer is responsible for paying any import duties, taxes, VAT, customs fees, brokerage fees, or related charges required by their country or region.

Orders will not be refunded if the buyer does not pay customs duties, refuses delivery, or fails to receive the package due to customs-related reasons.

Delivery Time

Delivery times vary depending on the destination country or region, shipping method, customs clearance, and local delivery conditions.

Delays may occur due to customs inspections, weather, holidays, carrier congestion, or other circumstances outside our control.

Loss in Transit

If the shipping carrier confirms that a parcel was lost in transit after an official investigation, we will provide either a replacement or a full refund for the affected order.

This protection does not apply when delivery fails because the customer provided an incorrect or incomplete address, refused delivery, did not collect the parcel within the carrier's holding period, failed to pay import duties, taxes, or related fees, or otherwise prevented delivery.

Customers must contact us promptly and cooperate with the carrier investigation. A refund or replacement will be issued after the carrier confirms the loss.

Address Accuracy

Please make sure your shipping address is complete and accurate before placing your order.

We are not responsible for delays, returns, loss, or delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information supplied by the customer.

Orders returned because of an incorrect or incomplete address are not eligible for free reshipment. Any additional shipping or return costs are the customer's responsibility.

 

Remote Area Surcharge

For orders shipped to the United States, Canada, or Australia, an additional remote area surcharge may apply depending on the delivery address.

If DHL or another carrier applies a remote area surcharge, we will send a separate invoice for the additional shipping fee before dispatch.

If the additional fee is not paid, we may cancel the order or hold the shipment.

Europe Shipping

Orders shipped to Europe require a minimum purchase of JPY 29,800 (approximately EUR 160). DHL Express shipping starts at JPY 5,200, which is charged at checkout.

For standard single-parcel shipments to our supported European destinations, excluding Albania and Iceland, the total shipping fee is:

• Up to 1.5 kg: JPY 5,200 (no additional weight-based charge).
• Over 1.5 kg and up to 2 kg: JPY 5,800 (an additional JPY 600).
• Over 2 kg and up to 5 kg: JPY 9,500 (an additional JPY 4,300).

These weight bands use the carrier's chargeable weight, which is the greater of the packed shipment's actual weight and volumetric weight. Shipments over 5 kg, oversized shipments, and multi-box orders are quoted individually. Remote area surcharges may also apply and will be confirmed before dispatch.

Albania and Iceland: Shipping is quoted individually for each order. The JPY 5,200 charged at checkout is a base shipping payment, not the final shipping total. We will confirm the total shipping fee before dispatch and invoice any additional amount separately.

Additional shipping charges may apply to large, heavy, or multi-box orders. If an additional charge is required, we will contact you before shipment and send a Shopify invoice. Payment must be completed within 2 calendar days after the invoice is sent. If payment is not completed by the deadline, the order will be cancelled and fully refunded.

Customs duties, import VAT, and other destination-country charges are the customer’s responsibility.
